NPP clears Oppong-Nkrumah to start campaigning

Former Joy FM morning show host, Kojo Oppong-Nkrumah has been cleared by the Eastern regional New Patriotic Party office to start campaigning ahead of the party’s parliamentary primaries.

Oppong-Nkrumah is hoping to be elected the parliamentary candidate for the Ofoase-Ayirebi constituency ahead of the 2016 elections.

Oppong-Nkrumah in a facebook post stated that he has successfully gone through vetting and has picked the third spot on the ballot box.

Good Day,

I have received notification from the Eastern Regional NPP office that I can officially start campaigning to be elected as NPP Parliamentary Candidate in the Ofoase-Ayirebi constituency for the 2016 elections.

Earlier I was passed by the Party's vetting committee and picked the number 3 spot (asi3 ho) after balloting.

In the next 4 weeks, I will deepen my engagement with delegates to sell my 5 point plan for our constituency. I will also be updating you who are following my campaign on how the campaign is going.

Kindly continue to pray for God's grace and guidance for me during this campaign and beyond.
